All of our carers are directly employed by us, giving peace of mind that they are fully vetted with enhanced DBS checks and three satisfactory references. They must complete a company induction and follow mandatory training, which is updated regularly. Due to our Live in Carers being lone workers, we complete frequent supervisions and have an on-call system in place. So ensuring the quality of care is never compromised.
